松の剪定

松の剪定方法は色々ありますが、今回は年に１回の手法。

毎年剪定している松に限ります。

正月の準備用です。

まず、屏風や水墨画に描かれている松を思い出してください。

あのイメージに近づけていきます。

伸びのいい新芽を５～１０センチ間隔で残して

それ以外は全部、剪定します。

内側の葉（針）も綺麗に除去して、残す芽の先だけ葉を残します。

実際、目で見ると、写真より枝が少ない感じです。

芽数が多く、「棚」として作っている松は芽の間隔を狭く残して葉も少なくします。

写真の松のように「枝ぶり」を楽しむ場合は芽の間隔を大きく葉を多く残します。

地域によって馴染みの剪定があるので、自分の好みと勘案して決めるとよいと思います。
